These are weekly sessions at our Gateshead and Newcastle Centres. Informal sessions where you can come along for a cuppa and a chat! We encourage all women to attend drop in sessions as they are a fantastic way of keeping up to date with what’s happening as well as receiving support while you are waiting for a place in a support group or on a course. It would be great to see people at Winter Wellbeing at the Newcastle centre. Stressbusting and Bellydance and much more on the timetable, along with food! Drop in for a timetable.
