How to Access TWH
You can refer yourself to us directly.
Alternatively, you can speak to your GP, statutory mental health service, or other organisation who can make the referral on your behalf.
To make a referral simply download one of our Referral Forms and send it to email@example.com or post to: Tyneside Women's Health, 30 Half Moon Lane, Gateshead, NE8 2AN.
Once we receive the completed Referral Form we will contact you directly to invite you along to one of our Welcome Sessions. The purpose of the Welcome Session is to inform you about the services we offer so that you can make an informed choice about whether or not we are the right place for you. We will also work with you in the group to start to complete some of our registration forms. You will also receive a copy of our Service User Handbook which tells you all about the services, what we expect from you and what you can expect from us.
Following the Welcome Session, if you do wish to access our services, we will arrange for you to meet with a member of staff on a one to one basis. This appointment will be an opportunity for you to discuss your needs in detail and agree the activities that you will attend at Tyneside Women's Health. After this appointment you can access all of the services we have to offer!
Tyneside Women’s Health operates from two Centres, one in Gateshead and one in Newcastle
