Winter Wellbeing has started!

Winter Wellbeing sessions have started at our Newcastle Centre. Every week until the end of January, we will be thinking about a different topic from assertiveness to festive stress, what works and what doesn't. We are lucky enough to have been given some funding from Soul Food Spaces to incorporate healthy eating.  Women have had some excellent ideas about what they would like to make, from brain-boosting smoothies to comforting soups and stews.
